Our office is located conveniently on Jefferson Avenue in the Oyster Point section of Newport News. From I64 take the J. Clyde Morris Exit towards CNU and turn Right onto Jefferson Avenue. Our office is the second Left Turn onto Pavillion Place. Our office conveniently faces Jefferson Avenue and we are located directly across the street from the Social Security office.
ORTHOPEDIC PHYSICAL THERAPY
Dr. Suzanne Foxx, DPT, is a physical therapist who specializes in orthopedic physical therapy, helping patients who have neck, back, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle and foot pain. As a runner and weightlifter herself she understands the needs of active adults as well as those who are in pain and need relief so that they can resume their normal activities, such as caring for themselves and others independently.
Whether you have undergone an orthopedic surgery, or are recovering from an accident or illness, our office offers one to one physical therapy treatment that will have you back on your feet and back to your life in no time at all. Even chronic pain that has been present for years is no match for Dr. Foxx's skill in helping YOU recover with exercise, manual therapy and modalities as needed.
BACK PAIN
Dr. Foxx is especially good at the treatment of low back pain, even pain that has been present for years and has not responded to other attempts to relieve it. As a person who suffered from back pain and found a path to relief Dr. Foxx would love to help YOU get rid of back pain so that you can resume your normal life without being hampered by disabling and misery inducing orthopedic pain.
Back pain is frequently treated but seldom resolved. Dr. Foxx has an excellent reputation for helping her patient's and clients to not only treat their back pain symptoms but resolve them so that they do not return. Depending on the severity and length of symptoms a patient can often get good relief of symptoms in 4 to 24 visits.
