Your First Appointment

For your first appointment you need to bring:

0. The physical therapy prescription you received from your physician,
0. Photo ID,
0. Insurance cards,
0. and any necessary co-payments.

Your first appointment will take anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours.

At your first appointment your physical therapist will perform an evaluation to assess your condition and, if appropriate, begin your treatment.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

• Workers Compensation - We are in network with FARA (Workers Comp for the City of Newport News)

• Virginia Value
• Most PPO plans (such as Aetna and Cigna) will allow you to visit a therapist that is not currently in their network, please call your insurance company for further information.
